Terms of Service
These terms explain how the preview may be used. The store is not accepting orders, and browsing or adding an item to the cart does not create a purchase contract.

1. Preview status and seller information

2. Products and illustrations
Demo names, images, specifications, prices and compatibility records illustrate the shopping experience only. They are not verified commercial offers, stock guarantees or performance claims. A real catalogue must use verified product records and authorised imagery.
3. Compatibility and safe use
Choose the exact phone model and inspect connector type, power requirements and supported charging protocols. Similar names are not evidence of a fit. For real products, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety notices; preview compatibility records are not a substitute for verified specifications.
4. Prices and currency
EUR is the store’s base currency. USD, GBP and PLN are display currencies based on ECB reference rates when available and current. When rates are unavailable or stale, prices are shown in EUR. Converted amounts are informational, not exchange-rate guarantees. Taxes and shipping have not yet been configured.
5. Cart, wishlist and checkout
Saving a product does not reserve stock. Cart and wishlist information is stored on the current device. Checkout is closed: no purchase can be completed, no payment is taken and no order number is assigned. A printed receipt preview is not proof of payment or a tax invoice.
6. Payments, delivery and returns
Payment methods, delivery destinations, shipping charges, dispatch times and return instructions will be published once verified. No promotional delivery commitment or refund deadline is currently offered. Any future terms must preserve applicable statutory consumer rights.
7. Permitted use and content rights
Use the store for ordinary browsing and comparison. Do not misuse forms, probe protected systems or copy content in a way that infringes another party’s rights. The Acceptable Use Policy provides further guidance. No licence to resell brand assets or product imagery is granted by visiting the site.
8. Availability and legal review
The preview may be changed or temporarily unavailable. Nothing in this page is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived. The governing law, dispute process and final seller-specific contract terms remain subject to confirmation and legal review before launch.
